This is my second post to my weight loss journal and today was quite the day. Diet wise I completely let my schedule take over and ended up having KFC and tons of crackers and cheese. Dinner was no better as it was left over chicken strips from the night before. Altogether it would seem that I may have "blown" my diet.

Perhaps something good will come of this. I know now that my metabolism is cranked to full blast to try and stem the tide of fat and calories I just slammed it with. It will realize that my body is not starving so it will be less inclined to store fat for the 'lean years'. Tomorrow it’s back on the steady diet that I have become used to and this will get me back on track. My personal weight-in is Monday night after my workout and hydration. I still expect to be 182.2 lbs. even with the 'cheating' on my diet.
