Tomorrow is weigh in day again and I hope to be two pounds lighter. I am a little concerned about the results as I will be riding my bike into work. This means I will have nearly three hours of cardio work in before the weigh in and I may even be dehydrated. I am going to consume at least two additional sandwiches during the day to help replenish the calories deficit I will be running. Plus I hope to have at least 32 oz. of water in me befor I even leave work. It will be about a 15 mile ride each way and I expect to burn about 200-250 calories on each leg.
Furthermore I will be saving gas. As the weather warms up this might be a consideration for you too. I would not recommend biking and working out in the same day. Until my weigh in tomorrow...
