Weigh-in day.

I was a little disappointed in myself this week with the cheating on my diet and utter lack of exercise. I went fast-food four times and only worked out about 80min this week. I did go to two birthday parties and ate cake and ice cream at both on top of everyting else. So I am not suprised that I only lost half a pound. I am back on the routine this week and my goal of two pounds per week is never going to change.
The system has been working so well for me that one bad week does not bother me so much. Currently I weighed in at 183.6 lbs. Goal next week will be to weigh 181.6 lbs.
