Well my computer's hard drive decided to give way causing my ability to post to be significantly hindered. I weighted in at 182 lbs. on the nose and am feel really good. Today was actually the third time this week I rode my bike to work and my legs a feeling it. Due to the frequency of the bike rides I have decided not to do any cardio work this week and stick to lifting weights as my only workouts. I have found that riding my bike only add about 35min to my commute and is way better on the heart and wallet, I highly recommend doing it.
